Terrible service. The tech was lazy and even after requesting that he broom doors and windows multiple times which is an apart of a basic pest control service, he refused to do it. The owner did make it right by refunding our money but I would not recommend this company.

I've traveled a lot in the USA, and these were the best ribs I've ever had. Excellent service, very good price, and especially a great discount for local students. Thank you 🙏

Once you sign contract they will not answer the phone.I'm paying for pest control and have a lawn full of bug's. Truck pulled up in my yard when they saw me come out they took off. Had to literally chase them down and this is the owner.

New guy comes out today, tells me he can’t get underneath the house in the crawlspace, because the pvc is nailed to the post. Said he couldn’t do the termite inspection and treatment, so I told him to go back to the office and send out whoever is been coming previously because you’re always crawling underneath the house. After he left I went and checked, he was right! The nails have never been removed. I left a message. Owner returned my call. Short conversation later he agreed to return all the money he charged us over the years. Because we never had a termite treatment from him, bill us and lied to us and left. Said he did not want customers like us as clientele, and will never come back, I said you’re darn right on that you’ll never come back! Follow up after the original posting. I finally got a check from Crescent termite, and he returned 2/3 of what I prepaid for them to come out for a termite treatment and inspection that they never did. My next option is to hire an attorney or take him to small claims court for fraud and false billing, stay tuned, more to come.
