Gregory pest control shows up every time their are scheduled to spray our properties. They go above and beyond by coming in between scheduled sprays to make sure our residents are taken care of. Chris Ferrell is our on-site tech who services the apartments and he is always on time and ready to knock out the list! Always courteous and informative- you can count on Chris!

Mario is a true professional and we are very satisfied customers with Gregory's Pest Control. For almost 2 years we have been utilizing the service and have not had any problems with roaches or other pests. Mario is very knowledgeable, personable and brings a positive attitude to the environment. We are very satisfied and makes a tremendous difference in our daily living!

Our family has been with Gregory’s pest control for many years. The service has always been great but the help they provided during a recent termite scare was exemplary. Not only were they quick to respond but they sent a tech out to my home before we ever even got a call back from the termite company. Mario was thorough and truly evaluated every part of our home (inside and out). He discovered and treated an infestation of carpenter ants that I’m certain most people would not have even found. Thank you Mario. My review would not be complete without a shout out to Tirana who provides our regular service. She always sends a text when she is on her way and she shows up on time and with a smile. She’s terrific! Thank you to the whole team at GREGORY’S for providing excellent customer care.

Gregory Pest Control does an excellent job at getting rid of pests. We use him to service our whole community which consists of 45 homes. He is very attentive to our needs and is constantly addressing any issues that arise. He is also friendly and personable.

We've been very happy with Gregory's Pest Control. Our technician, Mario, has been wonderful! He always gives us a heads up that he's on the way and takes great care of our home. He is very friendly and always addresses our concerns. We've been very happy with the services provided by Gregory's.
My family and I are so impressed by the exceptional customer service we always get with Gregory's Pest Control. My wife suffers from entomophobia(fear of insects)and living in South Florida in itself with this phobia is already a lot to deal with. They have always gone above and beyond and give us such peace of mind with each service. The techs are all so well informed and always do a fantastic job. I have to specifically mention the tech that we had come to our home for a special service on a Saturday. His name is Mario, or as we refer to him now, Super Mario. He came to our home and patiently took care of all our concerns. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great tips!. Sometimes we feel that we are under some type of VIP membership because they always make us feel that way. That's just the way they have always been with us as their customers. Highly recommend them. Critter free and my wife is feeling more at ease. Can't beat that!
Still have roaches. Did not spray the attic and closets.

George we certainly know that having an American roach invasion in our home can be quite frustrating. Having dealt with this kind of pest issue for many years, the one thing we know is it takes a little time to completely control the infestation which is why our technicians always recommend follow up evaluations and treatments 2-3 weeks after our initial services to give the materials and the bait time to reach the source where these pests breed. While we don’t always initially “spray” in attics to force our customers out of your home we did use a granular product and our treatment strategies are designed to reach where roaches travel and breed. We appreciate you giving us an opportuntity and trusting us 8 days ago to solve your pest problem. While we can’t guarantee you won’t see any dead roaches as we go through this process, we do 100% stand behind our work and thank you for giving us the time to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service. I’ll have our technician call to schedule your follow up. Thank you again for choosing Gregory’s Pest Control.
