Great service been coming since my girls were in school. Summers were always bad. Now one is a teachers aid in third grade and history repeats 😖

Paid almost $1000 in treatments and “retreatments” (which was total bs because they didn’t need it) only because they promised a membership that would allow them monthly checks and treatments if necessary and it turned out to be a lie. They charge $200 per head and won’t even wash their heads after the treatment is done. Go somewhere else if you have kids in school

I called and made an appointment the prior day. When I showed up during my scheduled appointment the place was closed. Called the number twice and the individual who picked up mentioned that they were trying to contact the person. Took a day off from work and my children’s school for this experience. Do not recommend.

I cannot stress how much I love that there is a service like this! For those lice-paranoid place, this is the place to go! I was able to get checked, get treated over a period of 90 minutes give or take. Not even a wait. They were patient, kind and professional. I went back a week letter to re-check- same customer service and confirmation of a clean head. It is not cheap, but it is worth every penny for my sanity.

Lice troopers were fantastic! They quickly made me and my daughter feel at ease about our situation. Reylandi was extremely gentle and thorough with my 3 year daughter. Overall fantastic and highly recommend.

I totally recommend. They do a great job, very friendly and very professional. Avoid the Headache to do it in home because it is a lot of work, and even if we look hair by hair, we can’t clean 100%. Here is easier for the kids and for parents. So much more practice. Life saver.

Lice Troopers is wonderful! It can be quite stressful to find out your kids have lice but Lice Troopers was very fast and effective! They accommodated us with same day appointments and took care of the issue right away. Shakira was very kind and empathic to our 7 yo son. Hopefully, we won’t need to come back again. Highly recommend them!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in to get treatment for myself, my daughter and my son. Not only did they leave a bunch of nits behind, then when I spoke to the owner he claimed that his website did not say “money back guaranteed”. It took him a week to return my call and another week to begin my partial refund. His assistant then reached out to me and started the refund process. I had been charged two different times and she stated the system could only give me back one even though I showed her proof of the money coming out of my account. She said she would contact the owner and get eight back to me. It has been over a week and still no news on that other money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Our daughter went to school today. And ridiculous and discriminate sent to home Even today is her birthday. And this company say has lices. Incredible that your as company desperately find money and take out our pockets. I’m checking more than 3 times and she didn’t have anything. Yes don’t deserve 0 stars.

I really like lice trooper and recommend their payment plan. Every time that I have the ladies are really nice and take the time to clean my daughter's hair really good but today was not that good at all. The lady who did my daughter's hair hurt her a lot of times and idk it really past. I guess she was in a hurry to leave. I was disappointed with today's service.

Long story short I spent 200 for a 4 dollar comb and 2 dollar conditioner to be run thru my head a couple times and then no guarantee or fallow up . I ended up having it not again but still because they didn't care or just lazy. Charge way way to much basically 200 unless you have shorter hair then your shoulders which will still come out probably 145 . They did a terrible job and it's just a scam for the stuff they do . Really conditioner and a comb that's it. Basically I never went back and called hair cleaners on west flagler and 87th let me tell you owner staff amazing great treatments they apply heat run comb through dry,magnify, lights everything you can imagine! Best part they're highest charge regardless of hair lenght is 145. Plus 7 to 10 day free follow up and 30 day guarantee to go back whenever or if ever a itch or thought forget troopers there a scam and trust me don't go through the head ache get it done right with the team at hair cleaners you won't regret it!!

Their service was good, but the price and warranty doesn't compare to Hair Cleaners Lice removal. One/two week warranty then you have to pay the same amount when HCLR give you a MONTH and a cheaper price. I got the treatment at lice troopers and went back for a follow up and they didn't find anything. My head kept itching after my treatment with LT and I found Hair cleaner lice removal and did the treatment AGAIN with them! I haven't had a complain ever since. HLCR feels like a family business not a company. Lice tropper charges you a lot for a shampoo and conditioner that you can buy at a publix the only difference is that they have their logo on the bottle. Trust me HAIR CLEANER LICE REMOVAL IS THE WAY TO GO.

I am very disappointed not with their work but with how irresponsible they are my daughter was on an appointment for 4pm at Kendall location. I rescheduled for coral gables at 630pm with a good 3 hour window but they told me that they couldn't see me because they had other severe cases and no one called me to let me know or rescheduled but I guess it's ok to just pat it on the shoulder no!!! I would clearly rethink to go to them again sorry Look I'm not sure how they work because my daughter was not seen that day but someone text me told me that they are good I'm not changing my review sorry because I'm sure this can happen to someone else
