While speaking with him, I found out he lived nearby which I liked because I like local companies. He was ready to send somebody out that same afternoon to assess my ant problem and give me a free quote, but I chose to have them come the next day. His employee came out promptly the next day and took pictures and videos and sent them to Ernesto who promptly quoted me a very fair price.
