Left a message on Sunday. Got a call back first thing Monday morning and they came out the same day to do the treatment. I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness. Dennis took the time to listen to my concerns and was very patient with me, especially since I have a pretty significant cockroach phobia. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and put together a treatment plan that gave me a lot of confidence. It was also great finding out we had some mutual connections in the area, which made me even more comfortable trusting him with entering my property when I wasn't there. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about helping solve the problem. I highly recommend this company and look forward to having them maintain the property going forward

I am terrified of palmetto bugs. Tinsdale came out the next day after contacting them and sprayed the outside and inside of our home. The next day all I found were dead ones! Two months later they are non-existent! Wish I had found Tindale Pest Control months ago.

We were looking for a new pest control company since the last company seemed to be too big to do a good job and treated us as like an account, not a customer. So we called Tindale, an longstanding family business. Our home is in On Top of the World, about 30 miles from where there offices are located. That didn’t matter, Tindale has a very large service area and are very responsive. They listened to our request for service, told us what we can expect from the company, gave us a quote, and asked if we would like a technician to come the following day. We scheduled the appointment, for 2:00 the next day, and he showed up right on time. Rico is a wonderful gentleman who listened to our situation, inspected the property, explained what he was going to do. He then proceeded to do his work. We are very pleased with the professionalism. Great experience.
