Terrible customer service do not waste your time! They only have 2 technicians for both pest and lawn services. They can not get out to see you in a timely manner. I was told the technician would be stopping by in a day or 2, a week later I had heard nothing. I called back and was given his info to call him directly. He did not pick up or return my call. BROWN BURNED FRONT AND BACK YARDS!!!Service on 9/4/2020. Within two days my front and back yards was brown, burned and DEAD. It took 7 phone calls and 5 voicemails to have ANYONE from management respond 22 DAYS LATER.
