Moxie Pest Control - West Palm Beach

Began using Moxie for unwanted pests nearly two years ago after providing a competitive quote. Have had several different techs for service, but Michael Welsh is especially thorough, answers my questions, and addresses all my concerns. Michael was trained correctly and cares about providing great service.

Michael, the Moxie tech, was very attentive, very pleasant, and very efficient. He completed the outside and inside he was very knowledgeable providing good insight.

Today I had my 1st service with Moxie and it went pretty well. Cristian punctual, explained everything they were going to do and were extremely careful with all my pets (dogs and birds on my patio). I recommend their service with 2 thumbs up.

Neville is a great guy I can always tell when he's there because I actually can see dead insects the next day, the house is swept clean and things are done the way I was told they would be done. He's extremely polite and it can answer any of my questions immediately. I hope he comes to my home every time.

Cristian came to service my house today and did a great thorough job inside and outside!

Incomplete service. My outside cameras prove the technician did not service my backyard. We are on a zero lot line. No one was aware of his arrival. Therefore, he was not let into the back of my house. Impossible to reach someone to discuss. I will be canceling this service as soon as my one year is complete.

SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN TGE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE BUT FIR TWO TO THREE TIMES WERE ONLY DONE ON THE INSIDE AND THE CHARGES WERE STILL THE SAME.
