HAMMERHEAD TERMITE CONTROL

This is the worst termite company I have ever used. We provided them our CC months before the work was to be done, they cancelled the service we had to wait 3 more months and then 8 months later they said they did not charge us. The extorted us months after for another payment. Prior to service they harassed us for payment and the form signed yet did the work without charging our credit card only to realize 8 months later that they forgot to bill. They are liars and cheats stay away from this company its not worth it.

Hammerhead lied to us an killed our cat. We were told by the workers that were finishing tenting our next door neighbors house that there would be an opening where the cat goes in and out. No opening was left and the cat died. All they had to do is place notices a day or 2 in advance. They wouldn't even call us back after we left a message.

My house has been a problem child with termites. During the most recent tenting/ fumigation Mark, Brian and George went to great lengths and efforts to end the problem. A date was set months ago and they performed right on time.

Make sure you tell your neighbors and make sure you do your due diligence to make sure no animals will be able to get inside because these people do not care about your pets and neighbors pets. The people on the jobsite do not speak English or care

We've used Hammerhead for more than a decade, at two different properties in Key West. We've had them treat for both dry wood and subterranean termites. They do a great job

They were fast at working us in,all went as expected. But after a couple of days ,getting all settled back in, I went to open my computer. It was not there. The computer bag was still sitting under the table, but the cord charger and computer were gone. I am wheelchair bound and seldom leave the house and never unlocked. I called hammerhead of big pine, and thought I would at least get a call back, but have heard nothing.

They put people at risk. They are to wait a minimum of 6 to 8 hrs to clear houses after taking tents off but they told my friend that him and his family could go into the house after a few hrs after taking tent off. They did not use a sniffer machine to make sure all gas was out of residence.

Someone was supposed to come out, never showed and we left several messages with no response. They tented our home and we found termites and needed assistance.

Professional and extremely diligent. I watched them do the neighbors has and they were very good at what they do, and extremely considerate of everything. When they finished, they cleaned up everything and left it spotless!! This week we had them do our house and it was the same excellent service! I highly recommend them

They were good in the job they did but but was terrible in taking responsibility for damaging the property. A family member had their house fumigated by Hammerhead Company and the workers damage a water pipe and tried to cover up the damaged pipe by braking off a tree branch and sticking it in the damaged pipe. They took no responsibility at all. The water pipe must have been leaking from the time they started so the water bill the following month was extremely high. They showed the owner and he took no responsibility at all and kept making excuses. They had to call a plummer to fix it and has to pay the bill themselves. They took pictures of the tree branch showing that it was placed in the hole and they forwarded the pictures to claim damage and Hammerhead only forward the pictures they chose to forward but excluded the important pictures that proved their unprofessionalism. My family was reimbursed but not by Hammerhead as they never took responsibility for the damage that was done. I'm not going to say that you should not hire them for the job but I will advise that when they damage property they make excuses and beat around the bush and don't take responsibity for their actions. People make mistakes all the time which is human and natural but just be professional and take responsibity.

Hard to get on the phone, but once you are scheduled their crew bust hump to get the job done well and in a timely fashion. Technicians make the extra effort.
