Absolutely Terrible Customer service the women we spoke to on the phone was Absolutely rude would never recommend a company who hires someone like the women who takes calls for them

If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. We get this specific pest control company through an elderly family member's medicaid coverage. They may be ok for paying out of pocket customers but they DO NOT care about the people who get it for free through insurance. Everyone in my household works 8-5 and we take care of my elderly family together. We are only home after that and weekends; they WILL NOT work with us so that they can actually spray inside of the home because we are not able to be there when they are. I tried to schedule for an off day I had or on Friday after noon and they refused stating that "we should either leave the house unlocked or hide a key for the pest control person to come inside." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I know for a fact that they would not want to be held liable if something happened to go missing while I was not there and how in their right mind can they ask a customer to leave their home unlocked and to trust a COMPLETE STRANGER?! I said absolutely not I refused to do that, the lady then said "Well everyone else does it and you're not willing to work with us, so you won't get the inside of your home sprayed." I can only assume that with the attitude of whomever I spoke to that they do not give a rats ass about the medicaid customers or their valuables inside the home. I repeatedly asked the lady if she would the same if asked if she were me to which she ignored the question entirely. Due to this experience I will not use the service even if it is FREE because no human being should be expected to open their home to a stranger when they are not present or be spoken to the way this lady did to me. I really hope they do not treat their other ELDERLY customers this way or take advantage of any memory issues they have. I don't agree with the customer always being right, but the way I was spoken to was just plain condescending and unprofessional.

Called for help with beetles in my shed and they came out within an hour to help! Great people!

We’ve been using this company for our quarterly pest control service, and they are always so responsive and professional. Most recently, I called them with a wasp problem, and they came out just two hours later—talk about fast service! They’re always thorough, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s such a relief to have a company you can rely on. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs!

Brennan is awesome! Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable! He does our qtrly service and did our termite inspection and treatment, in Lady Lake. Great employee for your company!

We have used Meryl’s for years. They consistently do a great job taking care of any unwanted pests such as underground wasps in the yard, ants, pantry moths and months in wool rugs.Mike and Kelly and have been our technicians and both of them do a great job. They are punctual, communicate well, follow through with the task and are trustworthy.
