I was in desperate need of pest control in my apartment building. There were so many cockroaches coming out every night for weeks. After 1 visit, the difference was definitely seen. Thank you so much, Ryan.

Extremely disappointing experience. I have been a customer since 2023 through three ownership changes (Nick Felicione → Squash Pest → Nature Guard). My technician was excellent, but unfortunately he no longer works for the company. The office management, however, has been disorganized, unreliable, rude, and often dishonest. Each year the company billed a full year of service in advance using the credit card on file, even after I clearly stated that I did not intend to renew for the following year. Because the company kept changing ownership, I tried to give them another chance, but the same office management and problems remained. Scheduled services were frequently missed and communication was very poor. When I called to ask why no one showed up, I was initially told that the technician had already been there. However, after my complaint, they would suddenly send someone the next day. After multiple missed services, I requested cancellation of the contract and a refund for the remaining prepaid visits. The company refused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Our home on Ocean Drive in hallandale the building had bugs for eight years we live here. Nature Guard pest control treated all the apartments and after the first month finally we can live bug fee!! Friendly, excellent service! Highly recommend!
