Professional and quality service, offering a peace of mind. I am moving and wanted a one time preventative measures spray for the new house prior to moving in any of ky belongings. Scheduling was fast and easy. Day of service, the technician was prompt and thorough, while explaining the process and what treatments he was using.

I had lawn service. Technician called me with a heads up on his arrival for which I asked. He addressed my concerns about how we can get grass to grow back & applied product to do just that. He also took care of dead bird carcass in the back yard. I like the fact that they are a local business. Nice folks to work with!

The lawn technician proves excellent service and takes the time to discuss what he has done and what to do to improve my lawn. Excellent company.

We have had our yard and yesterday our hedges treated for insects and bees(bees are a new problem) for years by Country Boy and have enjoyed our relationship from the start. Not too impressed with their service lately. Alex promised to take care of the weeds in my pavers over the summer but NEVER did. The owner said they don't do pavers. I paid Alex extra to do this for us. Brown spots have been a problem for months. I keep calling and Alex either says the fungus is gone or the cynch bugs are gone. Then why is my entire lawn filled with brown spots? Will probably switch to a different company.

Service is fine but recent price increase is outrageous. Will be exploring alternatives. Unfortunate, as we’ve used CB for decades.

Gary, the yard supervisor was great!!! Very honest and great personality. He’s good for the CO.!! Although, the bug guy was also suppose to show up. Which he was a no show and I had to call and make ANOTHER Appointment!!! Even though I told them I had 2 problems when I called and explained everything, they only sent 1 guy, the lawn guy…NO SHOW for BUG GUY!!!! Who now is coming Friday, another day!?!? Not sure I’m gonna go with these guys, when you make an Appt. You expect them BOTH to show!!

UPDATE: after communicating with the owner and a home visit he has made this right… we agreed things should of been handled differently… the owner and his team are working very hard to figure out what could of caused this… although my first review was an unfortunate experience for us, we appreciate the effort put in since… thank you Country Boy Pest Control for doing the right thing It is unfortunate I have to leave such a poor review for this company since we have been a long time customer. We had our yard sprayed for bugs we do once a year. Within hours of spraying everything on the perimeter of our garden was dead and the overspray that misted other vegetable severely burned by the chemicals. It had me questioning what was actually sprayed giving we grow everything organically. After calling to figure out what could have happened we were met with a very defensive attitude. We were told the we must of sprayed something that caused that which we knew we had not. After sending them pictures and videos we were then told we don’t water enough and that’s why everything was dying from the heat. the funny thing is even the hydroponic plants on the bottom row are dying where they were sprayed. That is watered every 12 mins automatically. We specifically told them we were not wanting to get anyone in trouble or asking for a refund. We just wanted to know what was sprayed and how this could happen. Then we were told that everything u buy in the store has sprays and pesticides on it any way so what does it matter… That is such an insane response to me. Needless to say we will gladly to switch to an honest company from now on. Accountability can go a long way. Such a shame this is how they chose to handle this. And FYI plants standing straight up and reaching for the sun are not under watered and dying. This is clearly a chemical burn

*** WHAT A MISTAKE *** In 12 years I didnt have but only a few live bugs, spiders mostly, in my house. As a courtesy to a friend, I switched to country boy and in mere months I have seen more and more live bugs. Yes there are spiders but now i have had roaches, ants and more. So glad I cancelled them and switched back to my old company.

Never returned my call.

They r the most unpleasant people. The lady who answers the phone is very ignorant and hung up on us. I don't know how she still has a job there.

Although the man who came and sprayed was very professional we have seen no results. We have had the company spray three times in three weeks and still have a pest problem. We have had to pay a little over 200$ for the three times that they have sent someone out and to pay that much money and still have the problem is not only aggravating but ridiculous. It's quite obvious that after three weeks their product does not work. We are also a bit aggravated that when we told them we thought they could be in the attic we were told oh no they don't usually go to the attic. It would have been very easy to climb the ladder and spray but that did not happen.
