My apartment complex uses this company, and simple sugar ants have completely overwhelmed them. They’ve been in my apartment 19 times, and the infestation has only gotten significantly worse. At this point, it’s clear they’re outmatched. Every time I bring it up, I get shoulder shrugs, excuses, and a runaround instead of an actual solution. They’re nice people, but it’s obvious the problem is beyond their capability, and I’m the one stuck living with the consequences.

We've used to company at work for as long as I can remember. They are very polite and professional. They address any issues promptly and always come up with a resolution. They're the best!

Active Pest Solutions has worked in two of the complexes I've lived in within the past 4 years. I reside in Boca Raton and you know how it gets in the summer with all the rain..well needless to say the first instance I ever had was when my apartment suffered an ant infestation and the service manager of the company, David Whipp, personally came down himself, located the source, and fixed the problem promptly. In my opinion, the people of this company are very professional, courteous, and treat issues seriously. Thank you!
