Hi, I wanted to edit in the interest of fairness. My treatment did not work due to the company supplying a bad batch to Premium. Unlike recent experiences in another state, Joel sent Jeremy out immediately and he went to work finding the trails. Jeremy builds trust and shares knowledge so this set back was nothing more than a delightful visit with this hardworking ANTMAN😆. He's a lot taller than the fictional one. Rest assured if the treatment fails these wondwrful folks will make it right! 1st the tech showed on time, in a marked vehicle with logo shirt. At 6 5 to my 4 11 I was immediately put at ease with his quiet, respectful manner. He educated me on what to expect post treatment, ensured the safety of me and my vulnerable pets and killed the recluse in time to hide from the 4th for the furballs. I will use them for my next home.

Joseph and his team are super nice, professional, and reliable. They’ve been servicing our house for over six years, and we don’t plan on switching anytime soon. One of the things we appreciate most is that if we ever notice any pests between visits, like ants or anything else, they’re happy to come back out and spray again. My service tech Daniel is fantastic he does a though job and is timely and is very professional.

I live in Joshua Tree on 11 acres and have a serious rodent problem to the point they got in my walls chewed up wires and caused a electrical fire when I called Premium Pest Management talked to Joseph he came the very next day signed me up for service it was so easy and simple and thanks to them they not only protect our home but protect my family by keeping my property Rodent free and safe from the damage rodents can do . They are so great wonderful service and generally care about keeping our property safe from further damage can't thank Joseph and the entire staff for doing such a great job !
