I had a representative from Fast Action Pest come to my door, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The individual was unprofessional and did not leave a business card, so I don’t have his name. He also provided incorrect information about the services — I requested quarterly (every 3 months) visits, but he entered every 2 months instead. Additionally, he told me there was no contract, when in fact it turned out to be a 1-year agreement with a $149 cancellation fee.

Paid these guys over a year and they never got rid of my ant problem. Talked to multiple supervisors, but nothing improved. Guy they usually would send out did not do a good job. Caught him one time coming to my house, park his truck then drive way 5 mins later. Did not spray my property, but left note saying he did. Complete waste of my hard earned money. Stay away from these guys. Take your business elsewhere if you want to avoid frustration. Do not recommend.
