Woodland-Davis Pest Control has been highly responsive in assisting us with eradicating rats in our attic as well as outside around the house. We were so pleased with their service that we decided to add bi-monthly insect and cob web control. Isaiah is highly responsive and can be relied upon to communicate when he will be coming for our next visit. We have been very impressed with his professional and knowledgeable approach to providing us with pest control services. And the pricing of this company is very fair compared to its competitors. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Damien, our tech, was terrific. He inspected our home, gave us tips as to how to prevent pests from entering, and thoroughly sprayed around and inside our home. Highly recommend!

We are new to this company, having had a bad experience with another pest control company. Woodland-Davis Pest Control came highly recommended by several neighbors, and they were right! From the start, staff have been receptive and patient in answering our questions. Our tech (Aldo) was super-nice, very professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience! We were doing some repairs and found out we had some uninvited visitors. Freak out! They were able to inspect the following day, give us a report within 24 hours and do the spray the day after that. I couldn’t ask for more.

The company is supposed to clean cobwebs and they don’t even touch them.

I just started the service. The office was very accommodating when I told them there was a yellow jacket nest in the back yard. They sent a technician the next day. When he arrived I showed him the nest. He told me they were bees. Not so. When I asked him to look again he put his glasses on, and confirmed that they were in fact yellow jackets. I am just a little concerned when a pest control tech confuses yellow jackets with honey bees. I will continue service and see how it goes.

I’m calling in the Monto see why there still running aro!🙄 Found a bug In my kitchen and flipped they went someone out and he sprayed. 24 hours later I have seen a couple bugs hamming across the floor. I’m ready to move! Call in the morning see what they say

Update; I was called by the manager and he apologized for the lack of service and changed my technician. I was pleased to get a call and appreciated the concern.

Service was both on time and well done

So far so good. Ants are gone. Still some spiders and cockroaches but much more manageable.

Has what you need but a bit pricey

They charged $150 to place four snap traps.

The company used to be wonderful--I've been with them since 1989 in Davis. I got the bi-monthly treatment, usually with spraying the perimeter outside, and in the rare event that I saw an oriental cockroach or wolf spider in the house despite the outdoor spraying, I'd get an indoor spraying and wouldn't see another bug indoors again for years. Well, this time, after I set up an appointment for indoor spraying and planned to be out of the house and made arrangements for my fish, the technician showed up and refused to spray inside! Every entomologist I know from working as an attorney at the California Department of Pesticide Regulation had indicated to me that once a roach gets inside your house, it leaves a kind of trail for other roaches to follow, so the next spraying after a roach has been found inside should be done inside. Sure enough, a new oriental cockroach showed up in the exact same spot in my kitchen, on the Saturday of a long holiday weekend, of course. I have a phobia when it comes to these things, and I know that if the tech had sprayed inside, I would not have had another roach in my house in the same spot. I am cancelling my services with this company after 27 years of service because it is not keeping up its part of the contract: my part is that I pay the company, and in return, it is supposed to do its best to control pests. Another company took my weekend call and scheduled an indoor spraying. Of course, my call to Woodland-Davis Termite just went to voicemail. "Thanks for using the local guys," huh? Nope, not anymore. Using a "pest control" company that doesn't control pests is a waste of money.
