The service team at Cal Termite & Pest Control are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every time, are super friendly and I'm really grateful for their service. I'm deducting 1 star because the office coordination is frustrating. I never know when my service tech is going to show up until the day before, and sometimes their schedule changes the day of, and I am not informed, so I end up waiting around and no one shows just for them to arrive after I leave.
