UnBugMe Pest Control & Termite

My girlfriend and I started noticing a very unpleasant smell coming from under our house near the beginning of January. It quickly became clear that an animal, most likely an opossum, had died in the crawl space. I called a few pest control companies for estimates, but UnBugMe Pest Control immediately stood out. Valerie actually answered the phone and scheduled a visit right away. Juan and Osmir were outstanding. Juan went under the house, removed an older, dried-out opossum, and quickly identified that a second animal had wedged itself between two walls in the crawl space (between our bathroom and a bedroom). I was dreading the thought of cutting into walls, removing the remains, and then dealing with repairs and paint matching, but Juan and Osmir handled all of it quickly, seamlessly, and at a very reasonable cost. They documented the entire removal with video so we could see exactly what was done, which I really appreciated. Juan also set a trap that allowed us to humanely remove a live opossum that had been active under the house. They then sealed the now-upgraded crawl-space gate grills professionally to help prevent this from happening again. UnBugMe was incredibly fast, arriving just hours after I called, the pricing was more than reasonable and everything was resolved over a couple of days. Juan and Osmir were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with, as was Valerie in the office. I can’t recommend UnBugMe Pest Control highly enough! Really. Excellent service from start to finish.

A Squirrel got into my house through a cooktop vent. Juan saved the day by gently coaxing the Squirrel into a blanket and let him outside to return to his friends. Juan was incredibly patient and helpful at a time when I was quite frantic, just before a big event in my Home. Love this company and can recommend them so highly. Juan also fixed the vent screen so this could not happen again!!

This is a Great company We called an appointment Right away Carlos came out. Did a quick inspection and knew exactly what the problem was. Within two days of paying for the service which was not expensive at all a lot less than I thought, they put traps out and fixed all the places around the house That the rodents could be coming in Him and another worker Juan were pleasant to have in the house They have great attitudes Care about the customer Also care about the job getting done, right Also care about the reputation of the company I will probably use them for other houses in my family. Unbug me pest control is fantastic. We’ve been using them for service every other month since we’ve moved into our house seven years ago. They have been very helpful. We recently had an extensive ant problem after we cut down a mature tree in our yard quickly to address the issue. He treated the outside of our home and also areas of the inside. He was a detective tracking where they were coming in. He used an app to determine the type of ant so they could be properly treated. He used a gel bait To address the issue while making sure our cats would remain safe from the treatment. They have addressed several issues for us in the past like climbing on our roof to ensure there were no access points for raccoons or squirrels to enter our attic and making sure these areas were properly covered. They did the same for our crawl space. Their techs are very kind, polite, considerate and thorough. I highly recommend them.

We were crazy infested with Ants this summer! Coming out through our electoral sockets. Found Unbugme through Google search, called the representative was super sweet and was able to get me in the same week. They sent a technician who was very nice and was able to explain the best way to have the ants stay away for next year, while they were spraying and leaving bate. Great great great team!!!

Un professional company. The manager didn’t know how to address my problem. Said she will find out and call me. Never did. Trying to get you to spend more money and suddenly everything is not under the contract. Sending Un professional technicians. I would not use them again.

Unbug Me far exceeded my expectation, from the customer service rep (Evelyn) and the tech (Carlos). I was thoroughly satisfied with the whole process, quick responses from everyone involved and knowledge to inspect and recommend proper treatment for our entire house. You truly made the best out of the worse situation we were dealing with. The timing and service was on point!

I hired UnBugMe in order to take care of my rodent issue. They were able to identify a hole that two prior exterminators missed during inspection. Unfortunately, within 2 months the rats came back. Juan made sure to visit my home immediately. He was very helpful in identifying other preventative measures that should be taken and clearly has a lot of experience in the field.

I really wonder how this place got such a good review. Recently we used them for the rodent issues and they did looked professional at the beginning. They told us they have years of experience and replied promptly. However after start the service, the technician is really negligent. He only closed 1 opening during the 1 month service period. We could feel there were rodents and send them pictures where there was a hole or places we saw rodents running around during daytime and asked them to examine those places carefully the next time he came. But he just didn't fixed the hole and didn't check carefully. We tried to email the technician, the office, and called the office and it became super hard to find someone. Tried to call them several times and no one even answered! In the end we have to end the contract and asked the refund of 1st month's regular service fee. They refused the refund because they told us we have signed 1 year contract and we ended the contract early so we need to pay $185 early termination fee! We tried to talk to them and told them it is their negligence that leads to the early termination and but no one replied!! I assume nobody will get back to us . It is an unbelievable experience. We paid twice the market price hoping to get a professional service. However their service is negligent, very irresponsible and not responsive when there is a issue! We have talked with many pest controls on yelp and decided to choose this one largely because of the good views. However it is really disappointing!

Not good!! Not on time!!! Told me they put 6 stations they put only 4!!! Technician try selling me a fumigation on as a side job.total feget!!!
