I am the caregiver for my elderly cousin in Lake Elsinore. The ants were terrible last year, and this year they are back and just starting to get into the kitchen and bathroom. I began investigating local companies. I was surprised at the expense, and that no one would come out to treat without signing him up for a monthly service. I asked one of my colleagues if they knew of anyone. They referred me to Dan at Paragon. They had been using his service for over 15 years and they were very satisfied. He quoted a very reasonable rate, and would even come out quarterly, which works out better for us. Dan is great at communication and got there when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do, the products he used, and how long he would be there. He is a very smart guy and knows his business. We were very happy with our first visit! So happy, in fact, that I have also asked him to come out and begin quarterly service in my office. I can finally let go of my ant problem and let Dan handle it. I am so relieved.

We’ve used Dans services at our home in Menifee for about a year. We had an ant problem in the house when we moved in, and he came and swiftly took care of that for us. Since then, he’s come every couple months to spray the perimeter of our home and handle any bug related inconveniences (harvester ants) we’ve had. We’ve always been very happy with his service, and will continue to use his services to keep our home pest free.

Excellent service. We started using this service a little over a year ago when we first moved into our house and found cockroaches. After one treatment they were gone and we haven't seen a pest in our home since. We plan to keep using paragon for years to come. Daniel is polite and always communicative.

Was recommended by another company that did not come out to where I lived. I called him and received a call back so quickly. He not only answered all my questions on the phone but also texted me later with more information. He showed up the next day not only on time but texted to let me know he was on his way. He walked me through all the products, what he was going to do in and outside the house, pointed out problem spots with some foliage around the house. He treated the house, set up an action plan and we signed on for a continuous plan with him. He cleaned out cobwebs from places our last service never even bothered with. I could not be more pleased.

Was looking for someone local and reasonable upon our recent move and the guys that kept knocking on our doors and bothering us trying to sell their services were too expensive so found Paragon on google and decided to go with them. They were an amazing find. We used to have ants, spiders, and other random bugs in our new home and since using them we haven’t had any issues. We had another ant outburst in between our quarterly service and they answered our emergency within a few hours even on the weekend. They are an amazing local business would definitely recommend them for all your local pest control needs.
