Corey is one of the best pest techs I’ve ever had, very professional and talks to me about what services I may or may not need and does not try to over sell me. He is very honest and does an amazing job!

I have been using Contact Pest Control and have always found them to be good. Kaitlyn is very thorough and lets you know when she arrives to see if there are any areas of concern. I like that she checks in with you so if you have pets you have time to let them out before the service begins.

I received a door tag with their business information. I've been with another company for a little over a year and the service has been great However, I was looking to save money and have a better scheduling option. Contact Pest Control was $20 cheaper. I called and spoke with Katelyn, she provided excellent customer service over the phone. I decided to make the switch due to her professionalism. I was scheduled for Today, 3PM-5PM. The technician, Dennis, arrived at 5:22PM. The initial conversation was very off, the tone, and body language. I mentioned I have a spider issue and pointed out bugs where we were standing. He really didn't seem interested in servicing my property. Where we were standing I clearly have a dead moth and spiders and other small bugs that I am unable to identify. They're dead because I recently sprayed my porch when I added new mulch in the front. The last company I was with walked around my property with me and looked at problem areas I pointed at, asked me questions - probing me to discover other issues. I didn't get that in this interaction. It was just awkward from the very beginning. During our interaction he is wearing large dark blue sunglasses that covers half of his face. When I look at him I saw my reflection. Meeting a client for the first time with huge dark sunglasses while standing in a covered, shaded area is not professional. Overall, unprofessional and the interaction made me uncomfortable that I told him never mind I do not want to get service. I'm going back to my previous provider. I've definitely learned my lesson trying to be frugal.
