I left 2 messages with the Company as I wanted to confirm the time of arrival. Never heard back from anyone? I planned the appointment on my 1 day off, hoping the earlier time was when they would arrive so that I could plan something on my day off. But, the workers didn't show until after scheduled time as they were running late. Don't get me wrong, they are always very courteous and professional but this visit wasn't late and nobody answered my messages until I made the call myself. Amy? the receptionist took my call, but really didn't seem concerned 😕? Even when I mentioned I was considering canceling my contract. For that reason I can only rate three out of five stars B. Update - Two and half years and going strong. We continue to receive a high level of service from Main Sail in general and Angel was very thorough. We've had no issues with ants, earwigs, or spiders coming into the house but the spider activity around our patio and backyard had a real uptick lately. Aside from the regular upkeep, Angel took care in wiping down the patio structure, furniture, and decorations. We're very happy. Jeremy was wonderful. We had just recently moved into our home only to find colonies of ants had already been living here as well. Main Sail was able to get a call scheduled immediately and Jeremy walked through and around the house with me to understand the activity. He explained the programs they offer, the treatments and what they cover, then thoroughly and efficiently sealed off our home. He explained we may even see an uptick in activity over a few days before it dropped off, and to call if we saw any after several days. It has now been several months and not only did the initial application nip the indoor ant issue, but also the spiders I was too distracted to remember to ask him about! Overall, it was a great initial and ongoing experience as well. I highly recommend Main Sail and I sleep better at night.

They have been treating our home for the last six months and I am happy to say we have had no issues with bugs. We pay monthly for service every three months. I really appreciate the great communication, providing reminders and calls when they are ten minutes away. We recently had an issue where our gate was locked and the technician couldn’t spray the back. When I called the scheduler was very kind and understanding, and they rescheduled a day to complete treatment. Overall I am very happy with our decision to go with Main Sail!

I usually never had any problems until the guy sprayed either at (definitely near if not AT) my herb and fruit bushes after specifically requesting to avoid my plants. I covered it with plastic but it blew away. The guy said he didn't know it was a plant (it was a mint bush and a strawberry bush that actually fruited. Now I have to cut the whole thing.

Very pleased with the customer service from Main Sail! I chose this company over other pest control companies because of their fair and very competitive price for their general service. My appointment was at 12:00PM with a 12-3:00 window and the technician Aaron showed up within minutes of 12:00. He wore boot covers inside of the house and was very easy to work with. Signing up over the phone was simple once a call back was received. Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars was because of the initial text message inquiry instead of phone call. But other customers might find the texting to be more accommodating. Still very happy with my experience and future business with them.

I was not home on Tuesday, but left the gate open for your technician to have access to the whole area, when I came home I did not see evidence of the treatment, this is normal, I did notice that all the shrubs were still surrounded with cobwebs, which made me wonder if they had been there!!
