Excellent service. The technicians were professional, down to earth, and they educated me every step of the way.

We are buying a home and hired Green Light todo our inspection. Fred was on time, very professional, and did a thorough inspection. He went around the house, did an exterior evaluation, then did an interior inspection, and finally, he went under the house. We were there the whole time and could see and hear his progress even when he was under the house. He went over his findings with my agent and me after his inspection. We received the report in just over 24 hours (earlier than quoted timeframe). They have been great to work with. We are scheduling the Section II work with them soon.

Horrible customer service! We had a contract with them and used them for a couple years on a rental property. Our biggest complaint and experience throughout the time with us and them with their technicians. We wouldn't get a response call back for days if we did at all. We tried texting and multiple calls before someone would call us back. Information we would give them on the phone would not be properly communicated to their technicians so services that we requested and paid for would not be complete. We were also gaslit and felt condescended by both the owner/manager and the technician when we said we had pest problems and they would say they didn't see anything when we were clearly getting bit, heard activity and had something die in our walls and stunk up the house like death. Maybe they didn't see anything because they're not as detailed and their services are limited. Years later we still have the same exact problem even after paying extra for them to secure the property and heavy treatments. We even had to hound them for service receipts which ended being very vague and lacked the service we asked for.

Fred, Michelle, and Charlie have all been amazing. Fred performed a thorough inspection and provided a fair estimate. I am very happy for his attention to detail. I felt he really cared about doing right by me. Charlie did an excellent job with the repairs at our home. He has a lot of experience and knows what he is doing. Michelle was also so great. She was available for 10+ phone calls, is responsive to emails, and even texted different items to me when I was unavailable to talk on the phone. Having pests invade your home is a terrible thing, but Green Light made the repair/fumigation experience as smooth as possible. 5/5, highly recommend.

Friendly Personable Informative and communicates what services have been done

We use Greenlight for regular pest prevention and we haven’t had many issues. They text you a day in advance when they’re coming (although it’s be nice to maybe have 2-3 days notice). And they always send communication on the service once complete.

Horrible costumer service.

They refuse to give chemical details to my pregnant wife... And cant even control the bed bug issue

Supposedly checked and inspected for termite damage when I bought a new home; however, when I had a new patio door installed two weeks later...surprise! Termite damage, which they missed and will not fix as they only look for "visible damage". I think I could be a termite inspector too. Looks good to me! Nothing visible! Words of advice...find another contractor..
