I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Walnut Valley Pest Control, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I initially contacted them to address a persistent groundhog issue on my property, drawn in by their claims of expertise and a 60-day warranty. However, my encounter with this company left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. After their initial visit, there appeared to be a temporary improvement in the groundhog situation. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for the animals to return, and the problem became even more severe. Seeking resolution, I promptly contacted this company. To my surprise, they insisted that they had made a second visit to my property. However, after reviewing my surveillance footage, it became clear that their claim was untrue. This blatant lie shattered any remaining trust I had in their professionalism and integrity. Adding to my disappointment was the poor attitude displayed by their customer service representatives. Throughout our interactions, they consistently exhibited rudeness, dismissiveness, and unhelpfulness. Instead of addressing my concerns, they showed a lack of empathy and seemed more interested in brushing me off. Such disrespectful behavior further aggravated my frustration and highlighted the company's overall lack of professionalism. In addition to their dishonesty and disrespectful customer service, Walnut Valley Pest Control's lack of responsiveness was disheartening. Despite my repeated attempts to reach a resolution, they displayed a shocking disregard for my concerns. Their subpar customer service left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I am beyond disappointed with Walnut Valley Pest Control's performance. Not only did they fail to effectively address my groundhog problem, but they also resorted to deceitful tactics and neglected their warranty commitments. This level of unethical behavior is entirely unacceptable for any reputable business. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against relying on Walnut Valley Pest Control for their pest control needs. Their false promises, poor service, disrespectful customer service, and fabricated second visit revelation have left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. In light of these circumstances, I recommend exploring alternative pest control services in your area. Walnut Valley Pest Control has demonstrated themselves to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and lacking in honesty and accountability. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reputable and transparent provider.

Walnut Valley Pest Control is the best! I never worry about bug or rodent problems because help is just a phone call away. Mary does an excellent job of communicating with customers and scheduling service appointments. Craig (service technician) is very conscientious and willing to spend the time necessary to find and address the source of the problem. Recently, I called to say that I had rats in my attic and Craig determined that a new air conditioner compressor unit had not been screened off properly, which was causing the issue. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to find out what was causing the problem, as well as removing the rats. I currently have my yard sprayed every 3 months which has made a huge difference in terms of bugs on my patio and inside my home and garage. As a long time client, I can say that this is a business that puts customers first and will work to earn your trust.

Yelp algorithm removed my Yelp review for some reason. Need to exterminate an ant infestation in my condo. Called the number at 9AM. Mary is patient on the phone despite the poor signal calling from my current location. She scheduled for Craig to arrive between 2:30-3PM. Craig arrived promptly at 2:40PM. Craig sprayed not only the edges of the wall I told him the ants are crawling in from, but he also inspected and sprayed the the garden and the outside of the house as well as the garage. 2 days later the ants have stopped crawling through the crevices between the floor and wall. For the price of $145 to inspect and spray that come with 2 month maintenance period, I would highly recommend this exterminator. Chemicals used for my spray session: Taurus SC-Fipronil .06 N-methyl-N-[(tetrahydro-3-furanyl) methyl] guanidine 40.0% There are no smell with these chemical nor do I feel anything unusual afterwards. No worries about human side effect of insecticide Craig uses.
