Inspected the house I was getting ready to buy didn’t find half of the stuff I had another inspector come back in and find and charged me $2600 for one square foot of repair. Don’t ever hire this fool.

They are not honest. They fund something just to charge more money. I called Jim Grinstead to ask why the wanted to charge for something it doesn't exist and he answer "I thought I saw something" "do what you have to do" and you right I report this company to The Department Of Consumer Affairs.

Evidence of termites requires the appropriate treatment. I perform inspections with homeowners and will go over the problem areas. I provide pictures in my termite reports to show damage or problems. Homeowners who are unavailable, not willing to look at the evidence, or remove it themselves and call a different termite company to perform a new inspection. Which resulted in a clear report. I can not help. Do What You Have To Do. Any customers that would like to call me, always can, to discuss termite and pest control problems.<br><br>Acnow Termite and Pest Control is a family owned and operated business which takes customer complaints very seriously.

Jim is amazing! My only go to for termite inspections as a Realtor. He is above par and because he dosent do repairs, you know there is never a conflict of interest trying to make more money off of buyers and sellers like others. I highly recommend him to all of my clients and other Realtors!!!

If I could give more stars I would. As a broker, my client's satisfaction comes first. I will not work with anyone who I feel gives less than excellent service. Jim explains the process to our clients, and always makes time to answer their questions. He's done all of my termite inspections for the last 5 years and I can't say enough good about him.
