Busy bee removal

This is my second time using Busy Bee Removal and Fernando continues to impress. He came out to the house, tracked down all the wasp nests and took care of the spider problem too — thorough and efficient. You can tell he takes pride in his work. What could have been a disastrous Thanksgiving was quickly remedied by Busy Bee Removal, and we could have not have asked for a better experience. The morning before Thanksgiving we noticed a random bee flying in our kitchen. As time went on, more continued to come in through the oven hood as we were starting to get ready to host Thanksgiving dinner. Before we knew it, we had over a dozen bees in our kitchen, and more swarming outside above the house. We didn't know who to call, but thankfully I got a hold of Fernando at Busy Bee and he was at our house in a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what he would be doing. During the process, he also noticed some open vents where rodents could enter our attic and he quickly covered those as well. By the time he left, we were free of bees, I feel relieved that the open vents are now covered, and we can get back to focusing on Thanksgiving. Thank you again Fernando!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent customer service and communication! I contacted the company through Yelp to get a quote for a bee hive removal. Fernando responded promptly and answered any questions I had. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out promptly! COMPLETION OF JOB: There were two hives that needed to be removed. Fernando and his team used a thermal camera to locate the hives to see how big they were. They removed the hives and sealed the areas so bees would not return. They do not repair or paint. Fernando anticipated having to cut out a piece of the plywood/roof, and it was possible that a hole would be left behind, which would have to be patched by someone else. However, his team cut and was able to replace the plywood and seal it. CLEANLINESS: The team arrived and prepped the area. After completion, the team swept and washed the area. I saw some residue honey/liquid and contacted Fernando and he sent a team member the same day to clean it! PROFESSIONALISM: Fernando was prompt, polite, and provided me with his business license and liability insurance when requested (required for HOA to approve vendors). I highly recommend Busy Bee Removal and would contact them again if needed!

They responded by phone quickly. I sent them some pictures. They reviewed the procedure and offered us our choice of 2 appointment times. Arrived on time, did a great and thorough job even though it proved to be a bigger hive than it showed on his thermal detector . Couldn't be more pleased with the work and a fair price. 😊👍🐝🌿

Asked for a quote and got a reply right away. Fernando was able to come out to our house same day and carefully removed the bees and made sure everything was sealed so they do not return. Very fair pricing and 5 star service. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for bee removal/relocation.

I was cleaning up in the backyard when I noticed some bees going in and out of a small hole in the wall. I called Fernando (during the busiest time of the year!), sent him some footage, and he got back to me very quickly and came out the next day. He was so thorough with explaining bees and how they set up, and things I could do to prevent them from returning. Fernando was extremely communicative throughout the removal, sending me photos and footage of the process. While they were here, they also removed a couple small wasp nests that were hanging off of an eave. I'm so grateful for Busy Bee Removal, and I highly recommend them!

Like many others, I called Fernando on the weekend when I noticed a bunch of bees swarming into my home. He super promptly came out, took care of the issue, sealed the outside of my home, and cleaned out the hive. He was incredibly nice and professional the whole time. Fernando came over within a few hours of contacting him on a Saturday. Examined our chimney, sealed it against bees, and was done in no time! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service, all around! My concern were carpenter bees that were building nests in an eave above our front door. I called Fernando on a week night & after discussing the issue (yes, he answered on the first call!), he gave me an estimate. He arrived on time the next day as scheduled, did a thorough visual inspection of the entire house fascia, then worked on the main area - cleaning the dirt, sealing the holes with before and after photos & video. Fernando is professional, pleasant and cares about the quality of his work - and it shows. I highly recommend him.

I had called Fernando regarding some bee's that were in my garden, hey was quick to respond and was able to send Samuel with in the hour. Samuel was kind and professional, he was able to answer any questions i had. Overall his Service was quick and efficient and very professional. He told he we take Bee alive and Relocated But instead he brings Vacuum the Bees I call few Bee Companies they told you can’t Vacuum Bees

Fernando and company showed up right away and removed the swarm humanely at a fair price. Fernando shared some amazing videos showing the bees in the wall and how they vacuum them out. bees were gone and the wall patched within hours of calling. recommended.

Fernando was quick to come out and remove a hive of bees that were lodged in my oak tree. He came a day later and early morning and was out by 10 AM! He was super gentle with the bees and sealed the holes to restrict them from coming back. He was a great bee remover and I highly recommend his services

Busy Bee Removal was great from start to finish. They were kind on the phone, asking for a video so they could give me a quote but telling me it was "okay not to get too close, they could zoom in so I didn't risk getting stung". I was hoping to have someone out within the week, but Fernando came out that same day, did great work for the price quoted, and was extremely professional and responsive. It turns out that the wasps hadn't built their nest on the pole where we thought they had- they'd built their nest under a shed in our backyard. Fernando let us know that he would do his best to get to the nest, but that he would need to dig to get underneath the shed to access. We gave him the go-ahead to just cut through the shed floor since we were planning to remove it eventually anyway. Even knowing that we were planning to remove the shed, Fernando cut through the floor of shed to remove the colony, then repaired the floor, and then filled dirt around the entire perimeter of the shed so that the wasps couldn't get back in. Above and beyond a professional job.

Fernando is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and responsive, he came to my house to remove three wasps nests under 3rd floor windows. He came prepared and answered all my questions patiently and removed the nests. He advised me to call him again if they came back, since one of the nests was rather large. The wasps did come back, but he was back here the day after I called him and removed the new one as well. I highly recommend this business!
