Really good company. We had an infestation of carpenter ants and they got there fast and took care of it. They never came back!

The problem with bedbugs was solved effectively. Everything was done neatly. The service was at a high level. I recommend.

He's always gotten the job done in a timely manner, shared helpful tips with us on ways to prevent pests moving forward and has been very transparent & honest with his pricing. The technician arrived exactly on time and was very respectful of my schedule. He listened carefully to my concerns and showed real understanding of the situation. The inspection was thorough and well explained. The quality of the treatment was excellent. Everything was done carefully and professionally. I felt confident throughout the entire service. They responded almost immediately after I called. The service was fast but still extremely thorough. The technician was friendly, polite, and very communicative. We operate a hotel, and spiders started appearing in the lobby, which made guests uncomfortable. Jessica arrived promptly and inspected the entire area. She treated all the corners and explained how to keep the lobby spider-free. The job was done quickly but with great attention to detail. Within days, the spiders were completely gone. Her professionalism and speed were outstanding. Jessica really helped us maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

Unfortunately I cannot give them 0 stars. Came out and just sprayed near the crawl space under my house. Said the rodent would leave to find water and not return. Wrong, the rodent just moved to the other side of my house and chewed there. Shame on you for taking my hard earned money for nothing in return.

Like I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews, not the nicest.

TNT is awesome! They came out same day to look at my carpenter ant issue, went in the crawlspace and handled the problem. They also have great advice on how to solve the source of the problem down in my foundation. Definitely call and leave them a message they respond quickly and are pros at what they do.

Reliable service

Peter came out to Plumas County and did the pest inspection on the house we wanted to buy. He was very professional and did the job quick. It was a very easy experience and well worth the money.

DO NOT USE TNT!!!! Horrible experience, the two owners and their wives are a joke and so INCREDIBLY rude and are only in business to make a profit off unsuspecting homeowners. They rip people off for half the work, make excuses, and was 5 hours late! I will be contacting BBB about TNT business practices. They came to my house, said I would need double the work that another pest company quoted me. I asked why all the extra labor, basically the answer was because they can. NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS TO WORK ON YOUR HOME!

WOW, what a disaster! They didn't show up or call on the day of a CONFIRMED job after, giving me a bad time since I am located 45 minutes away from their office, then, called me the day after they were supposed to do the job and said they were to busy to take the job, after they confirmed the job. what a joke!!! If you want to waste time and money, then go with this company.

Loved them, The spray was quick and effective. The spray that they use does not hurt pets or humans. Well worth the money!

Wow, did they take me for a ride. $490 for 10-15 minutes of spraying around the house and a patch of interior ceiling. Comstock Pest said they would do the same for $260, but I had already given a credit card to TNT, and they said I needed the special ceiling sawdust injection treatment. Well, I got it, but never again. Shame on TNT, you won, you got a killer profit off me. Next time I expect dinner and a movie before I get the injection treatment. .... but there will be NO NEXT TIME!
