I hired this company to come out to my vacation property and inspect all entrance points for rodents. The worker's name was Andy. We agreed as to which holes needed to be closed and to trap the squirrels in the attic. He trapped the squirrels and got them out, then filled in some of the holes. He was late for every meeting. I left my property, and I didn't hear back from him for over half a month before I finally returned to the property and saw the rest of the work wasn't done, even though I had texted him a list of every single spot that needed work to make sure he remembered 2 weeks beforehand. We set up a new meeting and he calls me to let me know he's headed my way, but doesn't show up for 2 1/2 hours, even though its a 25 minute drive from Truckee to Tahoe Vista. He then tells me he never would have agreed to close the holes we identified, and that he wouldn't charge me for the work he did, but then said he wouldn't finish the work we agreed to. I then told him to leave the property, with him never finishing the work he was contracted to do.
