Preston did a great job! We had an issue with a wasp nest and he came and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. He even inspected around the house and found 2 more nests and removed them. Highly recommend for your pest control needs. Price was reasonable as well for the issue we had.

Preston is absolutely amazing. I had some German Roaches while moving in to a new apartment and he let me know exactly what needed to be done to take care of the issue. Listed the names of all formulas, what they did, and how to proceed. So grateful that he was the first person I called.

Had issues with rats out of no where ! Never in my Whole life living in my Childhood home have I experienced a rat problem. I called Preston and he made time in his schedule to come help us out. Within 5 weeks I heard another noise and with no issue he came back again and helped us out . He definitely knows his stuff and is so polite .

Preston is amazing. Super responsive and does great work. During today's heavy rains we had a horde of ants invading our front door and patio area. We called Preston, who clearly was busy but ended up coming out within 30 minutes and sprayed outside and inside our home. You cannot beat that kind of customer service, especially when we were hoping he'd come out within a couple hours. Strongly recommend!

Contacted Rock N Roll Pest Control and spoke with the owner, Preston. Preston was extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer service focused. Although the property in need of service is outside of Rock N Roll Pest Control's service area, Preston provided a referral option to contact.

This is simply the best pest control company I have done business with in a long time. Preston's response was professional and quick. He was honest, letting me know that normally, a one-time seasonal treatment would be sufficient versus a bimonthly plan that every other company attempted to sell me. He set expectations and explained that our ant infestation should disappear within ten days. However, two hours after he left, we never saw another critter. Last but not least, his customer service skills were outstanding. He was very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend using this company.
