We have had Safeguard of Sutter Creek service our home for many years. They have been straightforward and helpful. They respond quickly if we have any issues. We have found them to be e very reliable. Keith and Jacob are exceptional.

Excellent service, communication and punctuality. Very happy with the services they provided and the technician had a great personality. I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control, especially living in upcountry areas.

I want to shout out for Safeguard Pest Control TOTALLY ROCK!!! They are kind, patience, understanding, Honest ,straight forward, type of Folks. You will receive the Best customer Service from this company even in 114 degree weather, With attitudes cranky and frustrations on my part. They will work with us the customer to find and fix the bug Problem. They actually make an effort of Caring and going the extra bit it takes to solve the mystery of where are the bugs hiding now.. Excellent Service… thank you so much Safeguard pest control team.. PS yes we have them on a contract, yes they will come out as often as needed no extra charge to fix the bug problem. Again no extra charge it’s good to be here face to face to talk and show them the concerns. I learned communication and showing is a lot better then just explaining over the phone. Know the problem they can use the right chemical for the issue. All it is communication and working as a team.. again very glad we have them for our pest needs and our service guy is Pet friendly. Double plus.. the call center lady is Awesome !! Very clear and precise in details even when I’m all over the place in frustrations.. thank you so much !!!!

Beware!! They will trick you into a contract, for over a year, then come out when you aren't home, spend 2 minute at the house and then leave. Then charge you over $80 for the visit. The guy that sells you on the contract does not explain it at all! They will not give you a heads up when they come and if gates are closed, they will not service that part. But you will still be charged. Not only that! After you are finally done with the scam contract, they will come out one final time. Do absolutely nothing and charge you full price for it! Apply no chemicals, not step foot on the property yet charge you. This is the worst company we ever had to deal with ever and we have tons of local services. Their customer service people are just as bad and have no skills, they will just say "per the contract" that you were tricked into signing. And will give you all the attitude. DONT DO IT.

We really tried with this company. It’s hard to tell if we got a bad technician or if the company is the problem. Very minimal application…..had to call them out for repeat treatments. We learned they don’t use some effective chemicals other services use (I.e ant granules/crystals) and our grumpy technician did not seem to like to climb hills or otherwise work too hard. We were made to feel that WE were the problem. Too bad, we really wanted to support a local company but are now much happier with a national chain out of Stockton.

So we had them come out and spray and to do a follow up. My husband did not realize he was signing a years contract. He thought he was signing for service that were taking place at the time. So since our first service they call 10 minutes before they show up and we have not been home. I asked why can’t you call the day before because we have dogs and a gate at the driveway. So they are charging us without having services. They said that they would charge us $20 to get a heads up when they are coming! We are moving out of state and they said now we have to pay $440 to pay for the year contact that my husband didn’t even know he was getting into. He told them he would have never signed a years contract because we were moving out of State!! This company is a scam!!!
