Horrible horrible service! Larry Higgins, the owner is obnoxious. He thinks his company is reputable. His employees did not look happy inspecting our condo for the few minutes they were there. Told me they didnt find termites. I explained that I've seen live termites more than once. Then they responded with call us if you see them again. I called and told them I saw a few termites, the receptionist said we are swamped for the next few weeks. I decided to read the reviews after I hung with her and thought this makes sense. This company is all about money! They dont care as long as they have Hoa accounts. Something doesn't seem right, that they dont do their job and Hoa is keeping them!!!! Larry is not the person you want to give your business. Stay away and save your money. They are not professional, very defensive and arrogant owner! I still have termites and action will be taken

I'm giving 3 stars because the owner is very kind and professional and hopefully the treatment will be curative. But that makes it all that much more confusing that the company would have such a rude and inhospitable person managing their office and phone calls–one of the rudest, most unprofessional and unpleasant people I've ever dealt with. If it wasn't my HOAs call as to who was hired for the job–she was SO bad that– i'd go with another company.
