A swarm of bees came in through our home air vent which was very unsettling. I called several companies before finding Excel which sent Stalin out same day to assess the situation. Stalin was very thorough in his analysis and patient in explaining our options and answering my many questions. He scheduled us for the next day when he took care of the issue, put a covering over the vent and performed a complete pest treatment both inside and outside of our home. With Stalin’s quick response and expertise, we were able to stop the problem before it became a major issue. I’m very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Excel (and Stalin!).

He then followed up with pricing so we could see what to expect for the budget. His visit was great. He was very honest and did a good letting us know the budget costs. I had rats in my crawlspace. I could hear them running around above my ceiling. Excel Pest was really great at trapping them and finding all the possible entry points and sealing them up. They followed up several times over the next month making sure they were indeed GONE. Stalin was great. He even called me during the week to check in and ask if I had heard any activity between visits. He was very easy to get a hold of whenever I wanted to. I will recommend them to others.
