Absolutely the best experience ever, Luis came out to me home was very professional and explained everything to me very well. As soon as I have them a date I was contacted by the office, I got an explanation of the process and everything was so clear. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The day of the tenting they made sure that we left nothing behind that could be compromised. They were very caring of my home and professional all the time. The day they removed the tent, they left the outside of my house very clean and my home was left secured even though I was not there. They contacted me and let me know were the keys were going to be left. I came home and found my home in perfect shape. That same day the office contacted me to ensure my satisfaction and to explain the receipt. Over all they are an amazing company.

I had some termite droppings in my garage and the connecting patio wall. LCS came out and did their service. Later on some more droppings appeared same wall but further down. LCS came out, no questions asked and honored their warranty. I haven't had termites issues since. They did a great job. What makes this company exceptional in my opinion are the people. They are honest, fair, and professional, good people. I strongly recommend LCS.

I called, and their customer service was very friendly and informative. They came and did a thorough inspection. Our termite situation was bad, but they gave me a reasonable quote. Without wasting any time, I set up a date, and they started their work. Their team arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend this place 👍🏽. I am most comfortable speaking in Spanish, so it was good to know they are bilingual.

I recently purchased a home and when we were doing remodeling we found termites in the garage. LCS did the original inspection, but they were unable to go into the garage and do an inspection because the previous owners had a ton of boxes and furniture stored in there. When I found the termites, even though they were not liable, they came out within an hour and took care of it! It's rare these days to find companies who look out for clients. To find one that has integrity and professionalism like LCS is a breadth of fresh air! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks LCS
