Steve and Joe came out and helped me take care of some subterranean termites. They’re both really nice and know what they’re doing. They definitely stand by their work. Several months later I had concerns that the termites might still be active and even though they were fairly certain they weren’t, they came back out and re-sprayed an area for me free of charge.

First started looking while Steven was on vacation and he responded faster on vacation than some companies did while working. Competitive price, local business made it easy to try Lomax. Glad we did. Showed up on time, completed on time. Left the area cleaner than it was when they showed up. Will use his services to protect our house forever. Whether you have active termites, or just need an inspection call him for your termite needs, too.

Says what he'll do; does what he says. Don't wait. Call now. Lomax Termite Control proprietor, Steve Hall, is a true professional. Excellent communication by email and in-person. He arrived when he said he would, knocked out the job in record time and came in right on the price he quoted. Steve and Lomax _do_not_ belong to the flaky contractor club. (Why is it that it is so hard to get a contractor to show up when they say they will?) Steve is on it. Knows his stuff. Good advice. Doesn't try to upsell. Gives you what you need and doesn't try to scare you into a contract. (Hello Orkin, are you listening?) Local Sonoma guy. Nice. Professional. What more to say? If you even _think_ you have termites, call him. Now. Should I see (or even think I see) a termite again, Steve from Lomax Termite Control will be my first call. Oh and BTW, Steve's assistant (forgot his name, sorry) is a nice young man who also knows his sh*t.
