I called Critter Busters with a mystery pest problem that I later found out were Lawn Shrimp, making their way indoors and finding a home in my natural rug. The person who answered was friendly and let me know that a tech could be out in a matter of minutes (I would have been happy if someone could come out the following day). Chris W arrived, took photos and triaged the mystery pest with one of his colleagues. He swiftly treated the entire rug and front outdoor area of my house for good measure. He was professional, quick, direct, and gave me instructions to call him should I need any follow-up. Prices were also extremely reasonable.

They really helped us out with a property few properties that are raccoon prone. Although a little pricey I would totally recommend for anyone with bigger type animals.

I was purchasing a new condo and wanted to get a termite report before signing on the dotted line. The technician was very detailed and even pointed out that it had looked like there had been a roach issue in the past I should keep an eye out for.

Had a very pleasant experience with Critter Busters. Ross came out yesterday for an emergency bee call on 4th of July. He was upfront about the cost, he was on time, and very polite and professional. He also was able to help us with our gophers. Looking great so far and excited to have my yard back!
