Nick has been servicing our property for many years. He has been extremely helpful in keeping the rodent population on our property way down!

I have been working with Javier for pest / rodent control at my personal residence and also at 5 other commercial properties . Javier is so professional and goes above and beyond with his customer service . He is always on time , explains any issues or progress being made . I have referred him multiple times and everyone has been very pleased . I would highly recommend Javier at Pied Piper Exterminators .

We have about twenty cameras in and around the house and from what we can tell, he wasn't very thorough inside the house. Didn't move any furniture to get to the baseboards like he said he would. Didn't spray under the sunroom against the foundation like he said he would. He was done inside and out in 45 minutes.

I want to personally commend Sal (Salvatore) who came to service our property on Thursday, 7/30/2026. Sal's professionalism was evident from the start, introducing himself and letting me know that he was substituting for our regular serviceman, Ben. He politely asked if there were any areas that needed additional attention, and he was extra thorough in bringing the hose to an area of the house that can be easily overlooked. Thank you, Sal, and the Pied Piper team as well.

Our exterminator, John, does a fantastic job at our three properties. He’s the best because he always goes above and beyond!

I have regular every other month exterior spray service for spiders and ants, and sometimes wasps. Tony is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. David is just as wonderful, especially with the removal of mice under my house and effectively keeping them out. Pied Piper was also happy to spray my temporary residence while my own home was being renovated. I’m extremely satisfied with the staff and their service!

We were falsely accused of having bugs by a new mattress company. I called dozens of pest control people to prove our innocence. The only one that had a human being answered the phone and send someone out was the Pied Piper exterminators Inc Not only was Nick here on the same day but he was a great wonderful person!

After struggling with a persistent ant infestation that had stopped responding to every at-home treatment, I finally called in the professionals and I’m so glad I did. From the start, David was prompt, personable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and what to expect. Given the size of the colony, I opted for the month-long treatment plan, and it only took two visits to completely eliminate the problem. What really stood out was the follow-up. I never felt forgotten between visits. Highly recommend!

David was knowledgeable and cordial. He checked the house inside and out, found rodent entry points that I had missed, and advised on how to deal with them, all as part of the free initial inspection. I was very pleased with the visit and will call Pied Piper again when I have the need.

Excellent service! Travis was quick to reply to our email and assisted us promptly. He was very knowledgeable.

Go somewhere else. The first technician I got placed a few traps in the garage and nothing else. I went up into the attic myself and it was blatantly obvious what the problem was and where to place the traps. I called and complained and they sent out a second technician. He did an okay job. The problem is they were supposed to show up four times and they only ever showed up twice. At this point it's not even worth my time, I'm just going to go to a different company. Save yourself money and time and avoid them.

Do not waste your money with these guys!! They have 3 times now no showed no called for appointments made weeks in advance. I had been working with them for 2 months with no noticeable change in rat activity. All they really do is monitor traps, you are better off doing it yourself.
