Terminix does not provide quality service nor do they care about customer satisfaction in the least. In May 2025, I paid nearly $11,000 to have my house tented with the goal of eliminating the skunk that was living in our crawl space. This included $2,160 for “crawl space clean out and carcass removal.” While they removed four rats from the crawl space, they missed the skunk and told me it must have died in the walls.
