Beto is the best company I have used for pest control.

I hired Valero pest control after firing a corporate brand company for terrible service. Hoping a small local company will take more pride in their work. My first customer experience was with Beto to get a free quote. Beto asked the size of the property, then asked about which pests needed treatment. I expressed the concern for our pets and was quickly put at ease when he explained the safe natural chemicals that would be used. Beto was warm, friendly, and helpful. The price was right so I hired them. Valero came yesterday for the first initial treatment. Afterwards all I kept saying was "WOW." Brian and his co-worker did such a great job removing the cobwebs from our country home. It looked like we had a new paint job. They got it done in an hour and I am so happy. I will follow-up in a few months to review if the great service continues.

Beto and his team is just amazing! I tell them what my issues are and they come to the rescue! They know how to handle wasps, spiders, earwigs, everything!

The only problem I see is I thought they were supposed to clean the cobwebs but it doesn’t look like they were removed from my top floor of my two story house. Also he was so late coming with no text saying hey I’m running really late. I dosen’t matter in the future because he now has the key and can come anytime. It’s late so I can’t talk any pictures but will tomorrow morning so you can see and let me know.

Bethel was very friendly and thorough. We had more wasp nest than we expected. He found a lot of nest that we did not see. Service was fast and on time.

Beto came out yesterday and serviced our residence for rodent extermination. Beto is always very diligent, not only setting and emptying traps but identifying and closing points of access. He listens to our concerns and addresses any issues we raise. His level of service is truly exceptional.
