At about 10 pm a few weeks ago, a bat flew through my balcony door into our home. We tried to chase it out, but it ended up hanging from the ceiling in our master bath. Local animal control refused to help since the animal was not wounded or dying despite the fact that bats that interact with humans are far more likely to carry rabies. I spent the next few hours trying to find someone that would help. The “emergency” pest services all said they would have someone call in the morning—leaving us with a possible rabid animal where we now couldn’t sleep. Michael was worth every penny. He did the job animal control should have done quickly and carefully. No animal was harmed, but it did leave me wondering where my tax dollars go. After carefully cleaning the home, we were able to sleep in our bed again a few days later.

During a family event on a Saturday evening, a rattlesnake slithered out in front of my guests. After immobilizing the venomous snake under an upturned trash bin, I called numerous facilities to find a removal service to take the snake away from my property. Since snakes do serve the purpose of controlling rodent populations, I don't believe that killing the snake would be in the environment best interest. Unfortunately, I have numerous little children that are in danger if the venomous snake was allowed to populate my yard. Absolutely no one else would respond to my predicament, except Baja wildlife removal. It was such a relief to have a competent answer to problem. The professional wildlife expert that came to my home was confident and efficient as he (Michael)safely captured the beast and placed it carefully in the appropriate container to relocate. I can't thank Baja enough. Would definitely call them again! They truly saved the day!

Jazmin from Baja Wildlife & Pest Control is amazing. She has taken care of all my pest control needs at multiple locations and I have been happy with every experience. A few of my challenges required creative solutions and Jazmin did not leave me until she felt like the problem was resolved. Watching her work is pretty impressive- she thinks like a rodent or bug. She locates the points of entry and finds ways to eliminate the problems completely. I would love a world where bugs and rodents just stayed outside and left us alone, but since that world does not exist, I am very happy to have Jazmin on our team. I would never hire anyone else.

I have Michael and his team taking care of my property out in La Mesa. He comes out monthly as scheduled and has helped me with my gopher problem and is working on some rodent issues now. He’s a very nice guy, who’s honest and upfront about everything. He even lets me know where potential problems might arise. Really can’t find a fault with the service he’s provided so far and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Came within their time window. Thorough inspection of problem sites. Wore shoe cover inside of home. Had a findings report, work order with instructions before initial spraying and time frame. Answered all our random questions and was completed earlier than quoted. No hidden fees from what was quoted. Jazmin was our pest control technician and was friendly and honest. All chemicals and precautions were emailed to us along with all work, amount of product used, place of use and follow up inspection. $310 for 2 visits and spraying of 3 bathrooms and whole kitchen so more than reasonable.

These people arrived as promised, took thorough & careful care, and the gophers are GONE! It's been almost 2 weeks and they aren't back - as promised, they are d-e-a-d! Great, friendly people you can count on.
