I have used Scarmite Termite Inspections twice. Once three years ago when we bought our house. We had some dry wood termites and they did the inspection and treatment, fixed some wood beams outside, and now three years later they have come back to inspect and they are still gone. However, they did find a new infestation of subterranean termites under the house. They just reinforced the floor joist and treated for the termites and they did it fast and perfect. I have a two-year warranty and I am so relieved to have this taken care of and totally trust this company. They are very professional and courteous. I will call them every time.
