What we thought was a rodent preventative measure done when we had our roof and the attic insulation removed, cleaned, disenfected and all rodent access closed off, they apparently missed one area. We shopped around for a pest management company and Versa Tech was the most professional and knowledgeable. They responded within an hour of my online request for a quote. The associate on the phone "interviewed' me on my needs and was able to schedule us for a site survey. They were able to send a tech out quickly (as was the other companies I called)Their pest professional Joe Garcia was assigned to us. After asking us a few questions concerning our rodent problem he did an exterior inspection and the attic where we knew their was activity. After the inspection, Joe pointed out all the access points from the outside and areas in the attic where the rodents were. He took photos of their droppings and soiled areas. Fortunately it was light and did not require mass removal of the new insulation. Joe explained every aspect of the work to be done, a time table as to how long the work was to be done, the follow up the see if any rodents were locked in after all the access points were sealed. He followed up a few days later to finish the attic (vacuum the droppings and disinfect) and check all the traps a laid down. He found one large one under the house crawlspace that was obviously trapped and had no way out. He was the only one of the four companies that came to survey that brought in a tarp to cover the floor where he placed his ladder to access the attic and also wore protective booties. Excellent customer service, courteous, very knowledgeable and didn't oversell.

My yard includes a hillside & other access issues. I had problems with several types of rodents (mice, rats, ground squirrels), but Versa-Tech used a combination of techniques & after the first month of service the rodent activity is under control. Outstanding service. Jason did an excellent job finding all the places rats had gotten into the attic and garage and they were closed off. He and his guys cleaned out the garage and sanitized everything to be salvaged before it went back in. Happy Haulers took away all the rest. Traps were set and monitored. No more rats!! Don't wait. I own a small business in Los Angeles. VersaTech did what no other company did. I went through like three companies - provided by my cheap landlord: Antelmo came and did an inspection and was very cordial, he found the source of the rodents coming in, I called for roaches that kept showing up due to the trash containers next door and Stan came through and even followed up to make sure I was taken care of . I appreciate VersaTech and will always recommend them.

Great company that I used! The technicians Erica and Antelmo took their time servicing my property and effectively took care of my ant issue! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I hired Versa-Tech again for some ant spraying around our front and back yards. On the second treatment visit, I mentioned to the technician, Antelmo, that I never got a follow-up visit for the rodent problem Versa-Tech handled back in 2021. Right there on the spot, Antelmo offered to inspect the attic, free of charge and even though I'm sure it set him back on his schedule. Also, bear in mind that it was 90+ degrees outside, and it was unusually humid for Southern California that day. Anyway, Antelmo goes up in the attic and does the inspection like a true professional. He even sprays and wipes down the "door" to the attic when he's done with his inspection. As for the ant treatment, he sprays all around the house and yards. He mentioned at least a couple of times it was to be expected that the hot weather would likely result in an unusual amount of pest activity right after the treatment. If that turned out to be the case, Antelmo said to give him a call or text on his phone, and he would come for a follow-up visit immediately. The one constant I've noted during the two times I've hired Versa-Tech is the great customer service. The staff goes to great lengths to not only get the job done but to make sure the customer is informed every step of the way. A lot of companies these days pay lip service to being focused on the customer. Rather than just talk the talk, Versa-Tech actually walks the walk and delivers a great customer experience. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Versa-Tech Pest Management is the only pest management service we will ever use. We have not had any issues since their visit. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
