Conner Pest Management

I have had the worst experience with this company. I paid in full a whole years of service in February of 2022. I contacted Dave and all i got was it too windy. Fast forward to August 2022 after calling Dave he said they lost my information after updated their system. I would like to state once again i paid in full for a years service and only had someone come out once. After speaking to Dave we agreed on continuing service, someone finally came out in September. No one came out in October, but i did receive an email on 10/28/2022 informing me that someone would be at my house on 11/01/2022. No one showed up so once again I call them (horrible service call your customer and let them know you are not coming). Dave answers he had no clue what email i was referring to. After giving him my address he states the person servicing that track was not available. I do not know how and why this place has 4.6 starts. Horrible customer service. I never leave any reviews and for my first ever review to be a negative one is a shame.

They were quick and really nice. They communicated quickly and very well. They worked very well with us. There were spiders and ants crawling over us when we were in bed or on the couch. Even in the bath. I tried being nice to the spiders living with us since they eat flies, but the crawling was a big no no. Sorry spiders. No bugs are coming at us anymore. So that’s awesome!:)

Dave was very helpful and kind. I called him and he was at my house within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend him to others.

My husband called David after finding a huge Gopher hole in his much beloved lawn! lol...David came out A.S.A.P. set a trap! Came back next morning and caught the hole digging suspect!!! He was actually huge! Happy husband happy wife!!!! I would highly recommend Conner Pest Control! David was very pleasant to deal with and we couldn't beat the price!!!! We will definitely use him in the future.

Am very happy with my pest service. I started hearing weird noises in a difficult to reach place and after ruling out plumbing problems, got in touch with Mr. Conner. He was quick and professional. He guarantees his work. He checks back to find out how things are going. He asks what is going on and then incorporates customer information into his overview. Am a new customer and highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would have. Seriously I think a one star is still a lot for them. Sooooo I called him a month ago. He made an appointment sound nice, but just before the day of the appointment he canceled it. Than Icalled him back he made an appointment and he cancelled that too. Than after 2 weeks I called him again, and he said he was gonna come down on Friday, when I called him back on Thursday to confirm he made a dumb excuse of saying I never said Friday and I had a surgery. I felt bad for him and didn't said anything. So He said he will come down on Monday for the spray. I agreed, I took out all my cabinets, pushed my couches emptied all the places for him to spray. But I asked him if I was suppose to pay him before or after the spray and suddenly Mr. Dave decided he doesn't feel okay that's i asked him about the payment options and he doesn't wanna spray!!! It's reallllly disgusting!!! Such a low class thing to do!! THIS GUY HAS NO PASSION FOR WHAT HE IS dOING!! ITS THE RIGHT OF Customer TO ASK QUESTIONS BUT HE DOESNT UNDERSTANDS THAT!! IF ANYBODY VALUES THEIR TIME, AND DOES NOT WANNA BE FOOLED SOOO PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND NEVEEEER HIRE HIM! He MADE ME WAIST MY ALMOST 5-6HOURS!!!! Thanks L.

I called Conner pest control for roach and mice problem in my house.David Conner showed up at exact time he promised and he was very professional,Courteous.He explained me the problem and did the treatment.Best thing i liked was that he does NOT charge extra for mice bait stations like all the other big companies charge $20 per mice bait.I will recommend that if anyone is looking for a Pest control Service call Conner pest management.the price is also cheaper than all the other pest control companies.

They are the nicest guys you'll ever meet but after the initial first spray that included the inside and the outside of my home. They have had to return twice with in the same week for the same initial issue of ant and now 2 weeks later we have spiders inside that have bitten my baby 😠 and they can't seem to fit us into their schedule. Not happy‼️
