First Class Fumigation

The company failed to properly seal the structure during fumigation. As a result, toxic gases escaped and spread beyond the treated property. Shortly after the fumigation, our beloved cat and an emotional support animal, cherished family member, and companion to a cancer survivor was exposed and tragically died. This was not just a pet. This was family. Proper sealing and containment are basic, required safety procedures in fumigation. Failure to follow them puts surrounding families, children, and animals at serious risk. The emotional trauma and loss caused by this preventable negligence cannot be overstated. Please take fumigation safety seriously when choosing a company. Fumigation chemicals are extremely toxic and are designed to penetrate deep into structures to kill pests. If a structure is not properly sealed, these gases can escape into neighboring areas through air movement, gaps, vents, shared spaces, or outdoor exposure. Even small amounts can be dangerous. Cats are especially vulnerable to toxic exposure because of their small size, sensitive respiratory systems, and grooming behavior, which can increase ingestion of contaminants. Improper sealing during fumigation can therefore pose serious risks not only to the treated home, but also to nearby families, children, and animals. Deadly and dangerous company that does not follow safety protocols properly causing danger to the neighbors and nearby animals.

This company tented my neighbors house and broke my mailbox. Despite speaking directly to the owner, they refused to fix it. This company lacks moral principles, and I was forced to file a police report. If they cause any damage to your house, they won't take responsibility for fixing it.

We went through Terminix for our termite problem, but First Class Fumigation tented our home. They were on time to set up our home for the fumigation, and to remove the tent. They were considerate with our property and actually went above and beyond. WeI would happily use this company again.
