I recently ordered a home and pest inspection for a buyer client and had a great experience with Trifecta Home Inspections. Their communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish, and they even accommodated a last-minute appointment. Our inspector, Mike Boettcher, was fantastic, he arrived early, stayed late, and took the time to thoroughly walk through the inspection with my client while clearly explaining the findings. The inspection report was delivered the same day and was detailed but very easy to understand. When I had follow-up questions before closing, their team was happy to help and provided helpful recommendations. Reasonably priced, excellent service, and very professional. I cannot say enough great things about Charles! We woke up to a horrific mold issue in my daughter’s room and he came out next day. Did a complete home inspection and tested the mold. He was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and was very sweet. I could not recommend this company enough specifically Charles he was amazing.

Their customer service was fantastic, however their first visit only lasted about 10 minutes (for 3 separate structures on our 5-acre lot) and was completed by Leo. When I checked to see that all the wasp nests cobwebs were removed from the front of the home, they weren't. I then called them to come back out and ensure that they get those items, since that was something that we were trying to mitigate. The wasp nests were removed, but sure enough the cobwebs were all still left behind. I was able to get those down myself, so I'll just be taking care of this work myself moving forward rather than paying over $150 for a half-completed job.

These folks are great!! I had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend them! They did my home inspection and were able to find things I never would have even thought to look for which helped me make a to do list ready for the sellers! It turns out that even if you are buying new construction you should still get your home inspected! Our inspector was very kind and professional and thorough, had great communication and was great to work with! He found a window missing a screen, a hole in the wall under a bathroom sink, and many other things that the builder had not finished. We were able to get things finished and taken care of before we moved in! My family is so grateful!
