I can recommend this company for 2 reasons: Reason number 1: Technician did a great job removing the multiple yellow jacket nests and put something directly in the red ant nests. I was very happy that he used an organic product to spray for ants along the patio that wouldn’t harm me or my pets. No ants returned! Reason number 2: some yellow jackets returned a few weeks later, or they moved, or were hiding when technician was here and they gave me another curtesy visit for free to take care of it even though it was past their time frame they offer free re-visits. That’s great customer service. I will only use them for any future needs!

We’ve been using Staffords since moving into our home and have not been disappointed once. The call staff are always very friendly and accommodating, this business isn’t seek out the most friendly people, but also trains them well. The technicians are also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with any bug issues. We have not had any spider, ant, or critter issues like neighbors have and I believe it’s because of Staffords. You will not be disappointed hiring Stafford’s!

I really want to support local businesses. I live 25 miles from this business, just out of town a short distance. I found some termites in my home and have to have someone come take care of the problem. I called them up, told them where I live and they said "They do not service my area". I explained I am just 30 minutes out of town and she said, sorry, we don't service "out there" as if I was a long ways away. I ended up calling a company in Palmdale, that has no problem driving 1.5 hours up here to service my home. So much for supporting local businesses! I am so frustrated. I would not recommend a business that does not support the community.
