Forgot to review from way back when I was getting a termite inspection. First off the dude claimed there were no termites when there in fact was. Secondly he walked in and opened the fridge demanding we have cold water for him cuz it was hot. We hadnt bought the house yet so the fridge was empty but even if we had the damn audacity of him to come in and start raiding the fridge. Never trusting them with anything

This company is amazing. We’ve had prior experience with another pest control company that won’t be named, and were at the end of our rope on what to do about our rat problem. Ryan came out to our place same-day, was super professional, and made a plan with us. They’re reasonably priced (unlike the last company we used), and we can’t recommend them enough to anyone in the Inland Empire with pest problems. Thank you so much!!

Ryan is the best in the industry. He eliminated a rat problem at the office, a couple of rats were coming into the attic from the adjacent building, he closed off the entrance point and caught the culprits. At our home, he explained the process of catching ground squirrels and what to expect during the following months.

Griffin Oakley is a field technician whom I see on a weekly business group and I get to hear all the things he knows about and knows how to do. For those of you that live in the mountains, be sure and ask for Griffin. He knows where to poke looking for termites and other pests that you’ll want eliminated.

No follow up on mice extermination 3 requests

Very disappointed with their ant and spider spray service. Will not be calling them again. Had a one time service for $150.00 done earlier this week. I live in a mobile home on a small lot. The company I used in the past sold out to a larger corporation so I decided to try a local company. Was told the techs make their own appointments and would call the day before to let me know what time. Okay, that makes it a bit difficult for me to schedule appts on my calendar but I’ll deal with it. Did not receive a phone call with an ETA. I did however notice I had received a text quite by accident since my cell phone is not attached to my hip like so many people these days. Okay, I’ll deal with that. Change an appt on my calendar to another time since it conflicts with the time the tech said he would be here. Was told he would knock down all the spider webs and spray for the ants and spiders and to wait a little bit before I water all the plants on my patio. The spray dries quickly but it’s better to wait a while. Service was completed and $150.00 was paid. Later in the day I went out to water my plants. What the heck? There are spiders and webs all over the place. On my fence, in between my shed and green house, all over the patio. I called the office and was told the one time and and spider service is structural only. Meaning just the 4 walls of my mobile. What the heck???? The company who provided this service treated the entire area. Mobile, fence, patio. If I had been told that it was only the four walls I never would have booked this appt for $150.00 Lesson learned. Will be calling another local company I have been referred to. UPDATE: After my post they did send someone back out to spray the areas shown in the photo's, however I wish they would have mentioned the fact that they ONLY spray around the base of the home in the first place. The company I used prior to calling Craig & Sons used to spray the entire lot but they were purchased by Orkin which is why I called Craig & Sons, a local company. Just make sure whomever you hire you ask the right questions.

Paid $900 to remove rats from attic but, more importantly, to seal up any open spaces to make sure the rats do not return. Still have rats getting in the attic and the last time I called I received no return call. $900 waisted! It just not right to pay that kind of money and still have the same issue.

While I have never had work done by this company, I did have a very informational and useful phone call with Ryan. He educated me on my issue + gave me an honest solution. I appreciate him not just trying to take my money. Thank you Ryan - we appreciate it.

Wasn't happy with the service. They seem to be over price for the service provided. I moved on to another company that comes more often, and does much more work for about 45 dollars less a month. I was never happy with the workers attitude craig and sons provided me. They did not seem genuine and wanted to always sell some other service. And honestly the customer service people just seem very fake. I wasn't happy giving my money to these people. Always felt wrong.

Nice folks, but I think thet are a little pricer than others for treating gophers.

3 men came. Worked one hour on rat problem. Charged $600. I still have rats. They said they do not guarantee their work. We are very disturbed.

I had contacted Craigs and Sons for some spider issues in my home. Ryan Pena, a service manager, came to my house and made sure all the pest issues were resolved. He listened to the issues we were having with pests and he proceeded to thoroughly address the issues. He conducted himself with complete professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. He is a great representative of Craig and Sons, and a reason I will continue to use Craig and Sons for my pest control needs.

What a joke I've been using Craig and sons for awhile and I've never really been satisfied have ants between the houses that they can't seem to get rid of today they show up in my house without notice spray my front yard and do nothing for the rest of the house just ask for a follow up they tell me just do the job correct is what I tell them sounds like a perfect day for a cancelation what a waste of $100 JUST AN UPDATE just days after they sprayed my front yard. I took a picture of this little beauty hanging from my garage door. Definitely did not get my moneys worth. You can bet they sent me a bill for $99. I paid it, but I wasn’t very happy about it, they didn’t even offer to eat the hundred dollars even though they only sprayed my front yard instead of my whole house picture is date stamped August 4

Griffin came out and did a termite inspection, as I'm selling my house. He was very personable and knowledgeable. My realtor said that she has been working with this business for a long time and is satisfied with their work. He quoted me prices for routine pest control and they were lower than what I'm paying now with Orkin. I've decided to go with them for monthly service. My sister also uses them and is very satisfied with their work.

Ryan was great and was able to solve the problem the same day we called. Received a follow up call a couple days later to make sure everything went well, which was a nice touch
