⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We woke up one morning to what felt like an ant invasion. They were everywhere—every room in the house. We reached out to Channel Islands Pest Control, and Josh got back to us incredibly fast (within about an hour) and had us scheduled for the very next day. He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of our home. He treated the house, tracked down multiple nests around the property, and explained exactly what he was doing and what we could expect over the next couple of days. Sure enough, the following day we saw a huge surge of ants. We reached back out, and Josh came back the next day without any hesitation to do a deeper treatment, free of charge, to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The ant problem has been completely gone ever since. On top of that, Josh is genuinely a good guy. We ended up connecting over a conversation about consciousness, which eventually led to us inviting him to sit down at our dinner table while we showed him a really unique device we have called PlantWave that creates music from the electrical activity of plants and other living organisms. It might seem like an unusual thing to include in a pest control review, but it says something important—we felt completely comfortable, safe, and at ease having Josh in our home. We definitely wanted to leave a review because great service deserves to be recognized. If you unfortunately end up with a pest problem like we did, this is the place to call. While we hope we don’t have any more ant invasions, it’s reassuring to know that if we ever do, Josh will be there to take care of it.

Wish I could give 6 stars! Josh came less the next afternoon from our first call and removed the problem while here! He has a great energy and shared lots of helpful info while giving us a thorough inspection. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Outstanding Service – Josh Saved My Sanity! I was extremely stressed and hadn’t slept properly for an entire week because of a bad rodent problem in my home.
