Bugmasters Termite

Bugmasters was initially hired by the couple whose house we bought to do a pre-sale termite inspection. We were impressed with their report and subsequently hired Bugmasters to fumigate the house and repair the fascia. It’s hard to get super excited about a termite company, but Bugmasters did everything we expected of them. They were prompt, communicated clearly, and did not exceed the estimated cost in completing the repair work. I would use this company again!

Giving them 1 star because when my landlord hired them to tent for termite the people who showed up to perform the service were caught on camera going through my stuff instead of doing their job. They went through my personal mail, and were looking around for valuables. They went through the bags that they tell you to wrap and put in the fridge and didn’t close the fridge afterwards and my food went bad. They tented for 3 days max. My back door neighbor had jewelry missing. We still have termites in the house that come out when it’s hot and humid.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior We recently had our home tented for termites and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this company. During the process, they broke 99 roof tiles and then denied any responsibility, claiming the damage was already there — which is absolutely false. The crew was disrespectful, rude, and careless with our property. When we tried to discuss the damage, we were told that their boss had “congratulated them for a job well done.” That response says everything about their lack of accountability and professionalism. They also left the property messy, and their attitude throughout the process was completely unprofessional. We’re sharing this so others are aware and don’t have to go through the same experience. There are many other companies that can perform this service without damaging your roof or treating customers poorly. We regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

The guy who came out to look at my house was great. I think his name was Dave. He looked over my entire property very carefully and gave specific advice about several things beyond just a termite inspection. I followed up with the company to have some spot treatments done, and they were prompt and efficient and clean and communicated well. And the price was reasonable.
