Highly recommend! I was dealing with a decent amount of normal house pests (spiders, earwigs, silverfish, etc) as there are a lot of plants in my area and my unit is older. Omar has taken care of this for me and more! He has answered any questions I have and does a thorough job of taking care of the property. He is very kind, professional, and personable. All Track Exterminators is AMAZING! He came out the day after I called him and checked carefully around our property. He very quickly determined where the problem was with the rodents accessing under our house. He took the time to methodically and professionally close off the access points. Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of. The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about. I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t! Highly, highly recommend.

I was looking online for an exterminator that had reviews capturing rats and came across Larry @ All Track. I really appreciated the explanation he gave of rat psychology re: what they like to eat and how best to trap them. He came to the property every 24 hours and on day 3 or 4, the rat was caught. He also did a nice job of discussing and sealing the entry points. Another plus for me is Larry is great at texting; quick responses!
