Read the negative reviews! This is a scam of a company. Used them upon moving into a home, work was never completed and termite activity persisted through a year. Their tech assured me it was leftover debris, however other companies have looked and stated that undoubtably there is termite activity. Since a year has passes Exxel is saying we are out of warranty and now refuses to address the problem. Stay far away!

Nadia and her team are great to work with. I appreciate that they are able to accommodate tight contingency timelines and complete all repairs to work with the schedules of multiple parties.

They cancelled the service on the day of the appointment, leaving me scrambling to adjust my schedule and property access. Afterward, I emailed and called multiple times to request information and clarification about the service that was supposed to occur—no response. Instead of addressing my questions or providing documentation, the company escalated by threatening to place a lien on my property. That was both alarming and inappropriate given their lack of communication and the same-day cancellation. Homeowners deserve transparency, timely responses, and dependable scheduling. I experienced none of that here. Based on this, I cannot recommend Exxel Termite Co. Look for a provider that values professionalism, clear documentation, and basic respect for customers’ time.

These women are middlemen and use subcontractors. They're also unprofessional with a mean spirited attitude. These middlemen also don't stand by their services and if you ask them regarding warranty or pricing they may just ignore you like they did to us. We used them once, fumigation wasn't effective. There are other companies that stand by their fumigation, do it themselves, are professional with a great attitude, and offer a 5 year warranty for fumigation. Look elsewhere.

They provided an initial quote. I called back to let them know that I had removed several areas of dry rot and would like them to adjust the quote. I was told they don’t do that and that I have to put back the wood that I removed. Then very condescendingly they explained the process of selling a home. I attempted numerous times to explain that I just wanted them to reevaluate the existing areas that require treatment and provide an updated quote. The woman who said she’s the office manager then said she’s the owner. Whomever she is, she was rude, not helpful and very bothered that I asked her to update the cost. I will not use this company. I can’t imagine having clients in a position to have to deal with such an unprofessional person.

This company are nothing but fraud,you can see a job they did for me and that after taking $1,7000.00 from me the just hired any handyman from the street or home Depot, They are really joke.

I had a scheduled inspection today at 3pm for the new condo I’m about to move in. Drove through 30 minutes of traffic from my current apartment to make it to the inspection. No one shows up so I call their number. Turns out the person who was supposed to show up was stuck in traffic in LA and no one bothered to give me a call to let me know.

Consumers, home owners, real estate agents, BEWARE!!. If you want your home termite free, do yourself a favor and hire other company. Worst experience ever in 39 years as a real estate agent.

So unprofessional told me I had termites and dry rot $1,350 in damages so called for a second and third opinion from two other companies.. NO termites or termite damage and only $400 in dry rot damage.. that's a $950 difference!! Wow save your money people go with another company!!
