I needed a home inspection the day before my HOA fumigated for known termites that was discovered by me. (HOA did not want to release report to me so I reached to 24 hour termite). I called them at 2pm for same day inspection. They had somebody at my place by 6pm the same day! They did a thorough inspection and had my report to compare the next day. (They told me about other issues my HOA did not disclose to me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! Licensed and Gus was super helpful and informative. Reasonable prices too is a huge plus. I am a first time home buyer and 24 Termite came out for a pest and termite inspection. Gus was our inspector and he was fantastic! He was polite, professional, and an extremely good teacher. He went over everything with me after the inspection and explained everything that I did not understand (which was a lot). If you need an inspection done, these are the guys to go with! Ask for Gus to come by!

Called these guys last summer and they did an amazing job on resolving our pest issue. Very informative and wasn't trying to hustle money out of our pockets like most companies do.

I rent a duplex, a few month ago I figured out my landlord did not have permits for basically my whole house. I make a long story short but telling the full story, once finding that out we made complaints with the city. My landlord still wanted full rent so a legal case has ensued. I received a 24 hour notice from my landlord saying this company will be coming in to spray my house. 48 hours before they are set to arrive, I called this company as I have a lot of serious medical issues. Once I got someone to pick up, I asked about the products they would be spraying in my unit. Once looking over the Safty Data Sheet and sending it to my Doctor. My Doctor informed me that exposure to this could cause very serious medical issues for me now or in the future. (Ex: organ faliure, breathing problem, cancer, headaches and dizziness and much more) I was notified by my doctor of this approx 24 hours before they are set to arrive. At that point I had my doctor sign a reasonable accommodation form for my disability which is something federal. It took me a few hours to get the reasonable accommodation letter and send it over, my doctor is closed for the day. This company is set to show up the next day from 10am to 12 noon. Since my doctor would be signing this form the same day, I call THIS company 24 hour termite again. As well as my landlord, to notify them I CAN NOT be exposed to these chemicals. Once my doctor had the note signed it was sent to them immediately. The day they were supposed to show, hours after I had called them to tell them it was a medical issue that caused me not be able to be exposed to this, they showed up. They processed to spray stuff into my basement that is directly connected to my garage where I work, and do laundry. My basement has huge holes into my garage area. I was never told what they sprayed, if it was the same thing my doctor looked at and advised me not to be exposed to or something different. Either way this company was well aware that my DOCTOR had advised me NOT to be exposed to these chemicals and still came to spray without informing me of ANYTHING. The day they sprayed I had to leave my house my head was hurting extremely bad I was nauseous all day. At this point I am asking my lawyer in my landlords case to help me find a civil rights lawyer for this.

24 Hour Termite is as good as it gets in this business - As a landlord I am always having random issues with pests and especially termites being near the coast in LA. These guys get the job done right and WAY more importantly they stand by their work and come back to fix anything as needed, even later down the road. It's great knowing I have Gus & Alex in my contacts and they definitely have my back when I need them. Thanks guys!

In this case Yelp does it again. It was the first time I’d heard about 24 Hour Termite and I wanted a personal experience before making up my mind. Eric and Alex came for the inspection and pointed out a few places that needed treatment. They were solid guys, serious, thorough, and informative. The following day I received a written estimate of what they had outlined for me earlier, this time with prices. I refused the opportunity to have the entire perimeter treated for subterranean termites because I saw only one or two small spots. They also found dry wood termites in the garage door and in the outside cabinets. They came, did the work, this time David came with Alex. David was just as professional as the other two and seemed to be cut from the same professional cloth. They were gone in 2 hours, yes, they took a credit card. As I said, Yelp does it again. I hope those three guys are there the next time I call for an inspection.

If you are concerned you have termites, these are the people to call, 24 Hour Termite. Gus and his team are courteous, respond promptly and explain what procedure is best for your home or business. It is nice to be informed that there are other options besides tenting which is very costly. Besides that they stand behind their services to come back if you see more actions a few months down the road.
