West Valley Mosquito & Vector

I called West Valley Mosquito & Vector Control regarding a neighbor that had water running off his property and into the gutter 24 hours a day. We noticed mosquitos activity from it. I spoke to Linda, who was extremely helpful and polite. She assigned my complaint to Ryan, who was just as nice! They both followed up with me on what was being done. Within one week the problem was solved! Thank you both for your attention to this problem, and being so professional!

Called WVM&V and e-mailed them re: a huge nest of bees on a tree that is in our front yard. The tree sits right next to the street and can attack patrons walking on the sidewalk as well as my mother who is very allergic to them. All their response was that they could not come out to help us and that mosquitoes were their priority and most likely the bees would go away. Not helpful whatsoever. Super disappointed in how they want to 'help the community.'

We have more mosquitoes now than we have ever had, nothing is done about it. A shame our tax dollars can't stop this in Chino, CA.
